Our textiles are not guaranteed against dye-lot variations, natural wear, abrasion or fading.

FAQ’s

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please contact a showroom in your area for fabric orders. If a showroom is not available in your area, please contact us at info@claymclaurin.com and we will be happy to assist you or to assist in finding a representative near you. All pillow orders are to be placed through our website only.


DO YOU OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS ON PILLOW ORDERS?

Yes, please apply to our trade program on our site or click here. Once your application has been received and approved you will receive a code for trade pricing to be used at the time of checkout.


WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?

Because we print to order, we have a 3 yard minimum. However, we accept 2 yard orders for a $50 cut fee.


HOW DO I PURCHASE SAMPLES?

We offer up to 8 free samples for members of the trade. Please apply for our trade program on this site or click here. A sample kit including all fabrics and wallpapers as well as individual sample kits are available for purchase here. We do not offer trade discounts for sample kits.


DO YOU OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS ON PILLOW ORDERS?

Yes, we offer trade pricing for pillow orders only. Please apply to our trade program on our site or click here. Once your application has been received and approved you will receive a code for trade pricing to be used at the time of checkout.  For yardage orders we ask that you work with a showroom or design professional to place orders.  


DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM COLORS OR PRINT ON OTHER GROUND FABRICS?

Yes, we offer custom color on our patterns for a minimum of 10 yards per design with a custom color fee of $250.  We require a color sample be sent to us for color matching. We can also print on other ground fabrics as long as the fabric is a ground we currently print on for the same fee.  Allow 4-5 weeks for a color strike-off with an additional 4-5 weeks for production once strike-off is approved. Please contact your showroom representative for ordering information.
 

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM PATTERNS?

Custom patterns will be accepted on a case by case basis. A custom pattern fee and lead time will apply. Please contact your showroom representative for more details.
 

CAN YOU RUSH A FABRIC ORDER?

Yes, we offer rush delivery for a fee of $275. The lead time is approximately 2 weeks from receipt of payment.  Please contact your showroom representative for ordering details.
 

DO YOU STOCK FABRIC?

We currently stock some patterns but do not guarantee immediate availability as we print to order. A hold can be placed on stocked fabric for up to 48 hours. Please contact your showroom representative for additional details and availability.
 

DO YOU STOCK PILLOWS?

Yes, we currently stock pillows, but stock is limited. Visit our online shop to check availability and purchase. If you do not see a pillow or size you need, email us at info@claymclaurin.com to inquire about lead time and pricing. All sales are final on stocked pillow and custom pillow orders.
 

HOW DO I ORDER BUNGALOW CLASSIC SAMPLES AND FABRIC?

All Bungalow Classic fabrics are available through Bungalow Classic only. Contact a sales representative at 404-351-9120 or at bungalowclassic.com for information regarding samples and purchasing. 
 

CAN YOU PRINT ON COMMERCIAL FABRICS?

We do offer commercial printing on select commercial grounds. We require a detailed description of the your project including any codes that need to be met. A custom fee and lead time will apply. Please contact your showroom representative to begin the process.
